Victory Enterprises has been a pioneer in Web site development. Since 1998, VE has created standard Web sites as well as eCommerce sites for city governments, candidates, banks and many other clients. Located in Davenport, Iowa, the company is a member of the Davenport Chamber of Commerce and the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce.

The Victory DIY Web site design system was born out of a need to have a system so that candidates, businesses and members of various non-profit organizations would have an easy way to create an affordable Web site in minutes. We set out to build a system that was so easy, anyone could create a Web site no matter how much or how little experience they have with the Internet or technology.

Our template driven system requires users to answer a few questions, upload some photos and click a button. This ease of use makes the system very popular with do-it-yourselfers. Even more, you can build yourself a site before you are asked to pay for it. That way you can take the system for a test drive and see if you like it.
